How to Order:
Just send me an E-mail with the subject heading, "Card Order"
and include the following details:
1. Your name, address, telephone, and e-mail address
2. The number of the card that you prefer (IE: W-001)
3. Details for the card.
 
Of course, for the photo cards, we will need a photo sent to us (we will
return the original unharmed, with your order.)
 
If Dementia Graphics has any questions about your free cards, we
will have to contact you for further details.
